Ongoing Business Establishment update across Kaduna State for the conduct of Kaduna State Gross Domestic Product computation

The Kaduna State Bureau of Statistics has commenced the updating of the business frame for the Kaduna Gross Domestic Product computation. The process involves updating the business across the 23 LGAs of Kaduna to enable the computation of the GDP across sectorial lines. The updating of the business frame enables KDBS to update the structure and quantum of the economy of Kaduna State to determine the potential growth pattern of the state economy.

GDP is a key parameter for measuring the performance of any economy as it provides a measure of the quantum of economic activities within a defined locality.
