EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Citizen Perception Survey on Drug Availability, Accessibility, Affordability (3As), and
Quality in Primary Health Care Centers (PHCs) across Kaduna State focused on pregnant women,
children under five, and people living with disabilities. The study was conducted via telepolling
with a sample size of 1,000 from a population of 22,000, the survey achieved a 70.5% response
rate despite inadequate communication infrastructure and time constraints.
