The average price paid by consumers for Liquefied Petroleum Gas Average Price (Per KG)
increased by 6.87% Month-on-Month, from N739.04 in July, 2023 to N789.83 in August, 2023
and decreased by 4.25% year-on-year from N824.87 in August, 2022 to N789.83 in August,
2023.
The Local Government Areas with the highest Monthly average price of Liquefied Petroleum
Gas (Per KG) in August, 2023 were Sanga (N920.00) and Giwa LGA with (N900.00).
The Local Government Areas with the lowest Monthly average price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas
(Per KG) in August, 2023 were Sabon Gari and Igabi LGAs with (N680.00) each.
